Questions, corrections, and topic requests
Contact Finoradeks
Use this page for questions about the guides, corrections to a platform description, or suggestions for a topic we have not covered. We read everything that comes in. If you are asking about a specific accounting setup, include the details that matter: your accounting platform, entity count, and which part of the workflow is causing trouble. That makes a useful reply possible.
What to send us
Questions about a guide, a correction, or a topic suggestion. If a platform description is out of date or a detail is wrong, tell us what you found and where. If you want a guide on something we have not covered, describe the situation briefly. We do not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice, and we cannot review your books, but we can point you to the relevant page or explain how a workflow is usually structured.
-
Guide questions
Ask about anything a page states but does not explain far enough. Name the guide and the step you are stuck on, and we will point you to the section that covers it or explain the part that is missing.
-
Corrections
If a description no longer matches what a vendor publicly states, send the page and the sentence. We verify against the vendor's own published information before we change anything.
-
Topic suggestions
Tell us the workflow problem the current guides do not answer. A few concrete sentences about your setup are easier to act on than a general request.
-
What to include
Your accounting platform, how many entities you post for, and the task you are trying to automate. Those three details decide most answers, because the right advice changes with each of them.
We cannot review your books or tell you what your numbers should be. If your question is about a live payment or a filing deadline, your accountant or the software vendor's support team is the right place to go.
Corrections and updates
Accuracy matters more than volume. If you spot an error in a comparison or a description that no longer matches a platform's publicly stated capabilities, send it through the form or by email. Include the page and the specific sentence if you can. We check the detail against the platform's own published information and update the guide when something has changed. Corrections are welcome, including from people who work at the vendors we write about.
- Name the guide and quote the sentence you believe is wrong.
- Link to the vendor page that states the current behaviour.
- Say whether you are a reader or work for the vendor. Both are fine.
Reader requests
Topic suggestions
We add topics when readers ask for them. Recent requests have covered multi-entity bookkeeping, approval thresholds for small teams, and how capture tools handle international invoices. If you have a workflow problem that the current guides do not address, describe it in a few sentences. Specific requests are easier to act on than general ones. We cannot promise a page for every suggestion, but we do track them.
How to phrase a request we can use
-
Describe the task, not the tool. "Coding recurring invoices across three entities" tells us more than "a guide about automation".
-
Say where the current guides stop helping. If you have read a page and it does not cover your case, name that page.
-
Add the constraint that makes it hard: entity count, approval chain length, or the platforms involved.
Where a request usually lands
Most suggestions fit one of the guides we already publish. Before you write, it is worth checking the list below — if your question is already answered, the page is the faster route. If it is not, that gap is exactly what we want to hear about.
- Bookkeeping Automation Basics
- Accounts Payable Automation Explained
- Invoice Capture and Transaction Coding
- Approval Workflows and Audit Controls
- Reconciliation and Month-End Close Automation
- Implementation Roadmap
Response times
We aim to reply within a few business days. Close season is busier than the rest of the year, so responses in the first two weeks of a month may take longer. If your question is urgent and relates to a live payment or a filing deadline, contact your accountant or the software vendor's support team rather than us. We are an editorial resource and cannot act on an account.
- Typical reply
- A few business days
- Busiest window
- First two weeks of a month
- Fastest route
- Email with a link or screenshot
What we cannot help with
We do not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. We do not have access to your books, your software account, or your vendor records. We cannot resolve a payment dispute, recover a lost document, or intervene with a software vendor's support queue. If your question is about how a workflow is usually designed, we can help. If it is about what your specific numbers should be, that is a conversation for your accountant.
- We cannot open, edit, or reconcile your ledgers.
- We cannot chase a vendor on your behalf.
- We cannot give a view on your tax position or filing.
Send a message
Use the form on this page or email us directly at [email protected]. Include your name, a way to reach you, and enough context for a useful reply. If your message relates to a specific guide, name the page. Messages that include the accounting platform you use and the task you are trying to automate get the most useful responses, because the answer usually depends on both.

Before you write
Four questions that come up often, answered here so a message can focus on what the guides do not cover.
Can you tell me which platform fits my business?
We do not recommend a single platform, because the answer depends on your entity count, approval chain, and which parts of the workflow you already handle by hand. The comparison pages explain what each type of tool covers so you can match it to your own setup.
Will you fix a page if I find a mistake?
Yes. Send the page and the sentence, and if you can, a link to the vendor's current published information. We check the detail at source and correct the guide when it is wrong. Vendors are welcome to send corrections too.
Can I ask about my own bookkeeping numbers?
Not here. We are an editorial resource and do not provide accounting, tax, or legal advice. Questions about what your figures should be belong with your accountant. Questions about how a workflow is normally designed are exactly what we can answer.
What happens to the details I send?
We use them to reply and nothing else. We do not sell or share contact information and we do not add you to a mailing list. If you want a message deleted after we have replied, ask and we will remove it. The full detail sits in the privacy policy.
Not ready to write yet?
Most messages we get start from a guide that almost answered the question. If that is where you are, the fastest route is to read the page that sits closest to your problem, then write only about the part that is still missing. If your question is about who we are and how we work, that is on the about page.
